Grill Cook We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join a busy corporate dining team supporting a premier workplace environment in Hopkinton, MA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing made-to-order meals, interacting with guests, and working in a fast-paced food service setting. Responsibilities Prepare breakfast and lunch items on a short-order grill Cook made-to-order meals according to recipes and customer preferences Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines Set up and stock grill stations before service Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed Provide friendly and professional customer service Qualifications Previous Grill Cook, Line Cook, or Short-Order Cook experience required Experience working in corporate dining, cafeteria, restaurant, or food service environments preferred Ability to manage multiple orders during busy meal periods Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Benefits Competitive Pay Weekly Pay Consistent Monday-Friday Schedule No Late Nights Professional Corporate Dining Environment Growth Opportunities If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working directly with guests, we encourage you to apply today.
