You will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items to perfection, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast dishes with precision, including eggs, pancakes, omelets, bacon, sausages, and other grill items. Ensure all food is cooked safely and handled in accordance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area throughout your shift. Clean your area thoroughly at the end of your shift to include, stove, bay marie, heating station etc.. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, make & execute prep lists. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness. Restock your station as & when required & especially at the end of your shift ensuring to check stock. Requirements Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary settings. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail. Be reliable, honest, trustworthy , a good team player & have your own transport. 1 year minimum experience cooking breakfast in a restaurant setting
