This role requires hands-on involvement in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation while managing the team effectively. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards are met. Actively participate in cooking and food preparation alongside the team. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with management on menu planning and cost control. Qualifications Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.(2 years) Strong cooking skills with a passion for food. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
