WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Work with fresh, clean, organic ingredients using techniques and presentations that define Canyon Ranch cuisine. Contribute to the evolution of the culinary culture at the Lenox location. Apply a philosophy of hand-crafted, sustainable, and health-conscious cuisine, emphasizing locavore practices. Ensure all presentations are clean, visually appealing, and reflective of contemporary culinary trends. Collaborate and engage with team members to foster lasting, high-performing culinary teams. Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Up to 1 year of experience in an industrial cooking environment, quick dining, or completion of culinary school. Demonstrate a passion for learning and a desire to grow within a professional culinary team. Show enthusiasm for creating meals and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic kitchen environment. Commitment, energy, and a team-oriented mindset for a fast-paced culinary setting. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide. Generous health plan including Health, Dental and Vision after 30 days of employment. 25 Days of personal and holiday time off (vacation, sick and holidays) Supplemental Health care options (including Accidental, Critical Illness and Hospital care) Employer-paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program Paid Maternity leave A supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
PAY RANGE
$19.00 - $23.92 per hour
