• you will have a voice and you will be learning from great chefs! There is never a dull moment. There is a full service restaurant; busy for lunch, dinner and take out. Lots of function/private parties and off sites
• events at different locations and in private homes. There is so much to do and so much to learn!! Mostly nights. Sundays and Holidays are a must! Day availability a plus! Potential candidates will have at least one year of experience in the restaurant industry and a basic knowledge and understanding of the kitchen including, but not limited to:
• basic knife skills
• ability to prep and successfully execute the station
• communication and organizational skills
• work your station and watch out for your neighbors
• positive attitude
• ability to work as a team, and leader and/or directly with line cooks, managers and all boh and foh employees.
