As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas that meet our high-quality standards while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens and pizza stones, with proficiency and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new pizza offerings. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the restaurant environment. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience in meal preparation within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. Proficient knife skills for preparing toppings and ingredients efficiently. Familiarity with catering operations is a plus, especially in fine dining contexts. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help colleagues as needed. Passion for creating delicious meals that satisfy customer expectations.
