Bigg Daddy's Philly Steak House Line Cook North Adams, MA Apply Bigg Daddy\'s is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team! The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly and consistently, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring every menu item meets our standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items, including sandwiches, cheesesteaks, salads, appetizers, and sides.
• Operate grill, flat top, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Work closely with the cashier/front-of-house team to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts
• Assist with food preparation
• Handle multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of previous Line Cook experience
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced kitchen
