What You'll Do As a Grill Cook, you'll play a key role in our kitchen's success by preparing high-quality menu items with consistency and precision. You'll be responsible for: Cooking burgers, steaks, chicken, seafood, and other grill items to recipe specifications. Executing dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to presentation. Setting up and maintaining an organized, fully stocked grill station. Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintaining quality standards during high-volume shifts. Assisting with food prep, station maintenance, and closing duties as needed. Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Responsibilities include:

Following all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Practicing proper food handling, storage, labeling, and temperature control procedures. Maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation throughout each shift. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas. Following personal hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness protocols. Supporting daily and weekly cleaning procedures to keep the kitchen operating at its best. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Dependable, positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
