Job Description
Join Freeman's Tavern as a Lead Line Cook and help bring the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean to our guests' tables. We're seeking an experienced, passionate cook to lead our kitchen team in executing our scratch-made, farm-to-table menu with precision and creativity.

The RoleAs our Lead Line Cook, you'll:
Lead and mentor line cooks during service, maintaining high standards of execution and platingManage your station(s) with efficiency and precision, preparing dishes that reflect our Mediterranean culinary philosophyCollaborate with our culinary team to execute our farm-to-table menu and seasonal specialsEnsure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality across all platesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environmentContribute to the creative process of menu development when appropriateThis is a seasonal position perfect for a dedicated cook looking to make an impact in a focused, quality-driven kitchen.
