We are looking for three talented Line Cooks to join our team in an open-kitchen environment. We take pride in our food and our workspace, and we're looking for professionals who do the same. The Positions We are looking for cooks with experience in any of the following areas: Pizza (Hearth-style experience preferred)
Fry Saute Note:
Experience in all three stations is a significant plus and will qualify you for a higher starting wage.
What We're Looking For Technical Proficiency:
Strong knife skills and the ability to maintain precision during high-volume service.
Pizza Mastery:
For the pizza station, experience working a hearth-style oven with handmade and hand-stretched dough is highly preferred.
Kitchen IQ:
A solid understanding of food safety practices and sanitation (ServSafe knowledge is a plus).
Pace & Performance:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy kitchen while maintaining a cool head.
Time Management:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask between active prep and executing orders during service. Cleanliness is

We operate an open-kitchen concept. Maintaining a high standard of sanitation and a tidy workspace is non-negotiable.
Availability:
We offer flexible shifts for both Part-Time and Full-Time roles. The ability to work nights and weekends (including Sundays) is required. Why Join Our Team?
