Duties Prepare and cook a variety of short order menu items with precision and speed, ensuring consistent quality Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards Follow proper food handling procedures, including safe storage, sanitation, and temperature controlsRequirements Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment, preferably as a short order cook or line cook Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
