Line Cook and Pizza Makers

About Us:

Gido's is looking for pizza makers and line cooks to join our culinary team in a fast paced restaurant, individual must have 1 year line cook experience, reliable transportation, able to work nights, weekends and some holidays. Everything we do is based off teamwork and we'd love to have you be a part of our team! We also will be offering dishes such as wing/ tenders with a variety of flavors, baked and fried seafood, baked pasta, smash burgers & many other fun items! We will also have a full-service bar with keno & an outdoor patio! Job Description & Responsibilities Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Line Cook Responsibilities Include:

Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Preparing food for service Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow executive chef's instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
