Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency in taste, appearance, and quality. Operate grills and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce grilled dishes such as meats, vegetables, and seafood. Follow recipes and menu specifications to deliver authentic and appealing meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for menu items. Monitor food handling procedures to ensure safety regulations are strictly followed. Support the team during busy hours by serving guests promptly and courteously, maintaining excellent food service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary setting, especially with pizza making or grill cooking, is highly preferred. Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques. Experience working in restaurants or the food industry with a focus on food safety practices. Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations is a plus. Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous for understanding special dietary needs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
