Competitive hourly pay, based on experience About Us We are a high-volume, family-owned pizza and sub shop in Tewksbury, MA, known for quality food, fast service, and a friendly team environment. We are seeking an experienced pizza maker who takes pride in their work, moves quickly in a busy kitchen, and understands consistency, quality, and teamwork. Position Summary The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas and related menu items according to our recipes and standards. This role requires speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings according to established recipes Stretch dough and properly assemble pizzas quickly and consistently Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently Maintain speed and quality during high-volume service periods Prepare subs, calzones, and other menu items as needed Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties Communicate effectively with team members and management Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience as a pizza maker in a fast-paced restaurant Ability to hand-stretch dough and work with high-volume production Knowledge of pizza ovens (deck, conveyor, or stone preferred) Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Weekend and evening availability preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent hours Friendly, team-oriented environment Opportunity for advancement Schedule Day, evening, and weekend shifts available Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the company Supportive, team-driven culture Why Work With Us?
