In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas that delight our customers. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, culinary creativity, and commitment to food safety will help create memorable dining experiences. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your kitchen skills in a fast-paced, fun environment where teamwork and quality are at the forefront. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service Assist with menu planning to introduce new pizza options and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Handle food with care, using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to ensure quality and consistency Support catering events by preparing large quantities of pizza for special occasions or group orders Serve customers directly when needed, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their dining experience Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food safety protocols Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred, especially within the food industry or fine dining settings Strong kitchen experience with excellent knife skills and meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards Background in catering or food service roles that require attention to detail and multitasking skills Familiarity with menu planning, food presentation, and maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Pizza Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
