At the heart of everything we do is our mission: Great People, Great Food, Great Coffee. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, with a particular focus on pizza-making, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong teamwork to ensure every meal meets our standards of excellence. What You'll Do Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to recipes and specifications. Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation before serving. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations, following all sanitation and food safety guidelines. Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to maintain freshness and safety. Assist in menu planning, contributing ideas for new pizza recipes, specials, and other dishes. Monitor ingredient inventory levels and assist with supply ordering as needed. Engage with guests when necessary to provide excellent customer service. What You Bring Proven experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting; prior pizza-making experience required. Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including excellent knife skills. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creativity and passion for culinary arts, particularly in pizza-making. Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus. Pay:
