Duties Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items and equipment. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management for ordering. be able to work in a fast pace environment multitask Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred, with specific experience as a cook or grill cook being advantageous. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for cooking, with creativity in food presentation and flavor combinations. Certification in food safety or culinary training is a plus but not required.
