We have built a reputation not only for thoughtful food but also for the care and hospitality we extend to our guests. Our culture is rooted in respect. Staff are supported through our Labor of Love program, which provides health insurance, PTO, and retirement contributions, and we close on major holidays so our team can spend time with family. We are looking for an experienced line cook who is motivated, detail oriented, and ready to stage soon and start right away. The right person will bring both technical skill and curiosity, working closely with the chef team to execute menus that highlight seasonal ingredients through simple, excellent cooking. At Preserve, we cook everything from scratch, from pickling and fermenting to butchery and sauces, and take pride in the craft and care that goes into every plate. Our kitchen is small and collaborative, built on communication, consistency, and mutual respect. This is a great opportunity for a cook who wants to grow in both skill and creativity while contributing to a thoughtful, ingredient driven menu. Responsibilities
  • Execute menu items according to recipes and plating standards
  • Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and organization throughout prep and service
  • Demonstrate solid knife skills and station management
  • Communicate clearly and work efficiently under pressure
  • Support a respectful, team oriented kitchen culture Schedule Wednesday through Sunday, 1 to 11 PM (end time varies depending on service) Closed on major holidays What You Will Find Here
