Prepare scratch-made, flavorful meals that bring comfort and joy to residents each day Work in a calm, steady-paced kitchen focused on quality, presentation, and consistency—not restaurant chaos Create menus and dishes that reflect home-style cooking with professional technique Deliver personalized service through thoughtful preparation and attention to residents' preferences Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and organization in all areas of the kitchen Collaborate with a supportive culinary team that values teamwork, kindness, and reliability Show flexibility with scheduling as the kitchen operates seven days a week Utilize your previous professional cooking experience to elevate the community's dining experience Take pride in knowing your work has a meaningful impact on residents' daily lives
Schedule:
We are open 365 days a year, serving 3 meals a day. Our team works on a rotating shift as we work to create a flexiable schedule that works for everyone.
Pay Type:
$20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

SAGE Perks Employee discount program for retailers, wireless plans, movie tickets, etc. What you'll do: Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations. Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
