Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our team. In this role, you will handle daily food prep and execute orders during our busiest lunch hours. This position starts as a part-time role with a 3-month probation period , with the opportunity to expand into more hours based on performance, reliability, and teamwork.

Shift & Schedule Hours:

10:30 AM - 3:00

PM Type:

Part-Time (Initial 3-month probation period)

If you prove to be a great fit for our kitchen, we will gladly offer you additional hours in the future. Responsibilities & Duties Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepare high-quality ingredients for the shift (chopping vegetables, preparing meats, stocking stations). Cook and assemble menu items quickly and accurately according to our recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment at all times. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist with receiving deliveries, restocking inventory, and dishwashing as needed. Job Requirements Proven experience as a cook or prep cook in a fast-paced environment. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during the lunch rush. Excellent communication, teamwork, and reliability.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
