As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in our culinary team. Your expertise and creativity will contribute to the exceptional quality of our dishes. Here's what you'll be doing: 1.Food Preparation and Cooking :
Execute recipes with precision, ensuring consistency and flavor excellence. Manage food stations, including grilling, sautéing, and plating. Collaborate with fellow chefs to maintain high standards. 2.Quality Control and Presentation :
Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality. Plate dishes beautifully, paying attention to aesthetics and portion sizes. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.Leadership and Training :
Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork. Train new cooks on techniques and safety protocols.Menu Development :
