Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill and prep Cook for our one-person pub grub kitchen on a part time basis on Sundays (other cook's days off). Simple bar menu. Duties Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff. Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
