Job Description

Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) Kittiwat Thai Kitchen offers delicious, authentic Thai cuisine to the Frederick community. Our team works hard to give guests a comfortable place to enjoy both classic and modern Thai dishes. We are currently seeking experienced and talented Thai Specialty Cooks to join our team. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:

Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies; Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; andPerform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.
SALARY:
$46,176
REQUIREMENTS:
