Inventories food, supplies and equipment weeklyOrders kitchen supplies as neededEnsures all temp logs and waste logs are maintained dailyDirects personnel assisting in preparation and serving of mealsReceives, dates, and examines foodstuffs and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specificationsEnsures kitchen is clean and tidyStocks kitchen at end of each shiftAll other duties as assignedWhat we are looking for: 0 1+ year of customer service experience 0 1+ year of similar Cooking experiencePassionate about hospitality and cookingAbility to work in a fast paced environmentOpen AvailabilityEligible to obtain alcohol serving certificationHigh School degree or better
