If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in cooking, food preparation and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to join a family owned and operated team. This role will also help at the front counter greeting customers and taking orders as needed, being flexible and highly motivated is key. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards with quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including knives, utensils, and cooking equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality control. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar cooking role within a restaurant or food industry setting. Comfortable communicating in English with coworkers and customers. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
