Graul's Market has been serving the Baltimore area since the 1920's. We are a specialty gourmet market focusing on service to our customers and offering a quality product. •Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays. •Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the bus or light rail lines. Requirements/Responsibilities for the position: Minimum of 2 years of cooking and food preparation experience Ability to prepare and cook foods according to recipes Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling and safety protocols Experience slicing meats, preparing deli trays, and making sandwiches Familiarity with a variety of meats, cheeses, salads, and prepared foods Outstanding customer service skills, positive attitude, and friendly personality •
