Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and experience in a restaurant settings. This role involves preparing dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. The Line Cook will work closely with the kitchen manager & staff to ensure efficient service and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This job is a min of 30 hours per week. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Support food presentation and plating to meet aesthetic standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders Assist with in-house catering events as needed Candidate will be universal in the kitchen Qualifications Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is a plus Experience with menu food service, but will train the right candidate Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
