Kitchen Line Cook

Overview M.R. ducks Bar and Grille is a high-volume, fast paced restaurant located on Talbot street in downtown Ocean City, Maryland. Known for our energetic atmosphere and busy summer crowds, we pride ourselves on serving great food quickly without sacrificing quality. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking kitchen cook to join our team. As a line cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and executing menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness and teamwork. this role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being part of a fast-moving kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work station Work collaboratively with kitchen team members during high-volume service. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Assist with prep work, stocking and closing duties Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front of house staff

Requirements:
