Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and assembling recipes according to standardized instructions Assist cooks and chefs with batch preparation to support breakfast, lunch, and catering production Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen by following proper sanitation and HACCP procedures Accurately label, date, and store food items to ensure quality and freshness Help with basic cooking tasks such as roasting vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling grab-and-go items Support kitchen operations by stocking stations, organizing deliveries, and maintaining prep lists Work collaboratively with a fast-paced culinary team committed to high-quality food and excellent service Follow recipes carefully while maintaining consistency and presentation standards Assist with light kitchen cleaning and end-of-shift duties

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
