Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and flair, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and culinary arts will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist with menu planning by suggesting new ideas and refining existing recipes to enhance flavor profiles and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with food safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and other culinary tools Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders Follow all food industry guidelines for hygiene, safety, and allergen management to protect both guests and staff Responsible for assisting with booth and equipment setup prior to event start. Assist with cleaning, washing, packing, and loading equipment into the vehicle after the event. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role within a restaurant or food service environment Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus for accommodating special dietary needs Experience in fine dining settings demonstrating attention to detail and presentation excellence Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards during peak hours Excellent understanding of food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Skilled in meal preparation, menu planning, and food industry best practices to support culinary innovation Previous experience in catering or large-scale food service environments is advantageous Join us as a vital part of our culinary team where your passion for food meets your talent for creating exceptional dishes.
