We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and passionate Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in preparing high-quality food consistently. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and presentation standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas throughout the shift. Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency on every plate. Communicate effectively with kitchen team members, expo, and management. Follow all food safety and health department regulations. Assist with prep work, inventory organization, and closing duties. Work efficiently during high-volume brunch service while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Previous line cook experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
