Your culinary skills will play a vital role in enhancing our menu offerings. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist in menu planning and development as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages. Requirements Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Team player with good communication skills.
