at Rising Tide Co-op in Damariscotta, Maine, United States Job Description Rising Tide Co-op is looking for a PM Cook. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining lunch and dinner hot bar menu items following Rising Tide recipes, presentation standards, and quality guidelines. Assisting in preparation, stocking, and cleaning of all food display and production stations. Working efficiently, with a sense of urgency, cleanliness, and safety in mind. PM Cook also has kitchen closing responsibilities.
