Cook I

Prepare and cook main dishes according to recipes and meal service schedules. Demonstrate strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and seasoning. Ability to re purpose leftover food items. Maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and sanitation in the kitchen. Operate and maintain state-of-the-art kitchen equipment. Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation. Assist with additional kitchen duties as needed.
