Love Process? Love Being Done Before Dinner? Campo Pizza is looking for a full-time Dough & Production Cook to help drive the foundation of our pizza program. This isn't your typical prep cook position. Our Roman-style pizza program is built around fermentation, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail. Every day begins long before service with dough production, baking, prep work, organization, and execution that sets the entire kitchen up for success. We're looking for someone who finds satisfaction in precision. Someone who enjoys systems, routines, fermentation schedules, baking, and the small details that separate good food from exceptional food. This is an ideal position for someone seeking a daytime schedule, whether you're a baker, a bread enthusiast, a parent with school-aged children, or simply someone who prefers mornings over late nights. Who You Are Detail-oriented and highly organized. Someone who enjoys process, routine, and craftsmanship. Passionate about baking, bread making, fermentation, or dough production. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Someone who takes pride in consistency and doing things the right way. Reliable, dependable, and motivated by being an important part of a larger team effort. What You'll Do Execute Roman-style pizzas with precision, honoring the dough, process, and ingredients Support prep, fermentation, and service workflows built for consistency and speed Own your station from setup through service and breakdown Communicate clearly to keep service smooth, efficient, and positive Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace (mise en place always) Stay curious: learn the "why" behind our techniques and menu Step in to help teammates without hesitation - we're building this together Requirements Experience working with bread, pizza dough, baking, fermentation, pastry, or scratch-made food production, at least one year A meticulous eye for detail and consistency, you understand that great dough is built through precision, patience, and a commitment to continuously honing your craft. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage production schedules, prep lists, and multiple priorities while working independently. Honest, dependable, and accountable, taking pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and holding yourself to high standards of quality and food safety. Helpful by nature and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing Roman-style pizza program while supporting the success of the larger kitchen team.
