The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food service, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, maintaining high standards of food handling and safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage meal preparation efficiently during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety of food served. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Follow dietary department guidelines to accommodate special dietary needs when necessary. Qualifications Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus but not required. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality meals to customers.
