ABOUT THE COMMISSARY
Our commissary kitchen services all of our AK locations (Ferndale, Detroit, DTW) with quality product, while ensuring consistency across the board. Items that we are able to make in bulk such as sauces and salad dressings, hommus, spinach pie, and more are made by following time-tested and cherished recipes that go back 40 years!PREFERRED SKILLS/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knife skills/ Concern for consistency of product
- Careful adherence to our recipes/ detail oriented
- Timeliness/ Reliability
JOB DETAILS
Hours of operation: 8am- 3pm, 7 days per week We're looking for part-time and full-time help.
