In this position you will be expected to: Prepare food items according to specified event menu, recipes, and total guest count and follow a strict event timeline. Communicate and coordinate with Event Staff to ensure knowledge of menu, proper loading and delivery of all food items to event location, and facilitate the proper finishing of menu items at the event. We are looking for someone with culinary skills and kitchen experience. The ideal candidate would have at least two years in a kitchen, and know the general ins and outs of a catering outfit.
