The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
