We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our members and guests through quality service and culinary excellence. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily food preparation, ensure high standards of food safety and quality, and lead kitchen operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about culinary arts, fine dining, and creating memorable dining experiences. Duties Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the kitchen line, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation. Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, showcasing excellent knife skills and culinary techniques. Assist in menu planning by offering creative ideas that align with seasonal ingredients and guest preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to uphold food safety standards. Oversee food service operations during meal periods, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary environment. Experience in dietary aide roles or dietary departments is a plus. Demonstrated skills in menu planning, catering, and meal preparation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques. Prior leadership experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required; a passion for mentoring team members is essential. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
