• Effectively participate in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in food quality
• Have a sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Promote teamwork and excellence amongst the kitchen team
• Consistently ensure the station is prepped and stocked throughout service and overall station remains cleanly and organized
• Display a working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu
• Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow.

• 1+ years in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant (preferred but not required)
• Reliability
• Arrive daily in proper uniform
• Solid transportation
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
