Schedule:

Sunday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00

PM Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour

Location:

Petoskey, MI Role Summary We are seeking a reliable, experienced Cook to prepare delicious evening meals for 200 campers and staff daily. You will play a vital role in keeping our camp energized, healthy, and running smoothly all summer long.

Core Responsibilities Meal Preparation:

Cook high-quality dinners for 200 individuals nightly.

Kitchen Safety:

Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Menu Execution:

Follow established camp menus and portion guidelines.

Clean-Up:

Ensure the kitchen and serving areas are spotless post-dinner.

Job Requirements Experience:

Previous cooking experience in a school or banquet setting is preferred.

Scale:

Proven ability to prepare high-volume meals efficiently.

Screening:

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Reliability:

Commitment to the full seasonal schedule (June 2 - August 15).
