Responsibilities As a Line Cook, your daily duties will include: Consistent excellence in food preparation. Adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Complete daily tasks, such as setting up the line and preparing quality meals for guests, with effort and dedication. Assist the Chefs as needed. Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner. Job Requirements Standing for extended periods of time Frequent lifting of 50 lbs and above Ability to walk, bend, reach, and lift Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred (1 year minimum) Basic knowledge of professional cooking and experience in knife handling (1 year minimum) Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays Benefits Flexible schedule Hourly wage based on experience Positive, team focused, fun, and safe work environment Employee discount on food and merchandise, and golf with driving range privileges About Pine Trace Golf Club Pine Trace Golf Club is a premier golf destination located on 193 beautiful wooded acres in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
