Overview Must be experienced 1+ year consecutive year line cooking Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep, where your passion for food and culinary skills will shine! In this role, you will be an essential part of creating exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes with precision and enthusiasm. Whether you're sharpening your knife skills or contributing to menu planning, this position offers a lively environment where your culinary talents can thrive. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in food preparation for daily service, ensuring timely and efficient meal delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including prep stations and storage areas Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Support menu planning efforts by contributing ideas for daily specials or seasonal offerings Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, and other culinary tools Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation Requirements Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience with fine dining environments or catering services is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support a cohesive culinary team Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
