Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines inventory management Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

Must be able to work nights and weekends.
