Job Description
Join the culinary team at Park Place Hotel as a Line Cook in Traverse City, MI. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standardized recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all food safety and sanitation policies are followed. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service deadlines efficiently. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Requirements Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred. Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
