What You'll Be Doing Preparing and cooking high-quality menu items with consistency and care Assisting with prep work including chopping, seasoning, portioning, and plating Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly during service Thriving during busy rushes while maintaining attention to detail Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times Working closely with fellow kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences Helping monitor inventory and communicating shortages or kitchen needs Bringing positive energy, hustle, and teamwork to every shift What We're Looking For Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus — but not required A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and ability to stay cool under pressure Passion for food and pride in creating great dishes Knowledge of food safety and knife skills is helpful Team players with positive attitudes and dependable energy Whether you've worked the line for years or you're ready to jump into the culinary world and learn from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
