Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Applicants must be able to work efficiently alone and as part of a team Must be able to read, write, perform basic math, follow established recipes, and lift up to 40 lb. Responsibilities will include cooking food to order, stocking and maintaining a clean work station, general cleaning of kitchen equipment.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a chef or sous chef
- Strong knowledge of food service principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
