This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment while supporting the TEAM in creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience. Essential Job Functions Complete prep tasks accurately and efficiently following recipes and par levels Prepare menu items to Olgas Fresh standards and guest specifications Maintain food safety, sanitation, and overall back-of-the-house cleanliness Wash dishes, clean equipment, remove trash, and complete cleaning tasks Stock and rotate product in coolers, freezers, and dry storage areas Put away deliveries and maintain organized storage areas Use proper portioning tools and follow quality standards Support TEAM Members and maintain a positive, professional attitude Deliver a clean, safe, and guest focused experience throughout the shift Education/ Experience No Previous experience required. Any Service-related industry experience is a plus
