Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Ensure all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Assist with menu planning by providing input on pizza toppings, ingredients, and presentation styles Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for daily pizza preparation Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Uphold high standards of food presentation and taste to ensure customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a culinary or fine dining environment Background in dietary department or dietary aide work is a plus for understanding special dietary needs Excellent food service skills with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
